Separate consent to save answers

Optional answer saving

A separate “Save answers” control allows the controller below to store your answers, account ID and progress for continuation on another device or in the bot. It does not permit public disclosure, advertising use or special-category processing. Without it, web answers remain on the device.

Separate and withdrawable

This choice is separate from purchase terms and review publication. Revoke it and remove server answers using account tools or /delete without cancelling the purchase. International transfers and other actions requiring separate notices or permissions need their own valid basis and recipient information; this checkbox does not replace them.

United States

Applicable federal and state consumer rules remain, including rules against misleading promises and fake reviews. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. The additional 14-day refund does not replace mandatory remedies.

State privacy rights

State rights, including CCPA/CPRA when applicable to the business, remain. The project does not represent that it sells or shares personal information for targeted advertising. Before sales, verify actual state-law coverage, taxes and the payment provider’s eligibility for the seller.
