Purchase terms and game licence

1. Seller and contract

After sales open, Individual Entrepreneur Nikolay Vladimirovich Kulyagin, Russian tax ID 772151872681, supplies a personal, non-exclusive licence to the Your Route / Your Next Step game. Registration number, public service address and support email appear below. Contract acceptance and charging remain disabled until the required details are completed.

2. What is included

The full game contains 24 tasks, answer examples, choices and a route assembled from your answers: a desired change, resources, obstacles, a first step, a weekly experiment and actions for days 30, 60 and 90. Estimated play time is 60–75 minutes at your pace. Access lasts at least 90 days after confirmed payment; you can save your finished route.

3. Eligibility and results

For adults aged 18 and over, for self-reflection and planning. This is not diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, financial advice or legal advice. It may help organise a plan for change, but does not guarantee health, income, relationship or whole-life outcomes. Your choices and real-world actions remain your own.

4. Price and acceptance

The one-time website price is RUB 3,000; the Telegram price is 1,500 Stars (XTR). The first 30 purchases across the website and Telegram together get 50% off: RUB 1,500 or 750 Stars. Both methods share one allowance. Pending checkouts may temporarily reserve places; refunding a completed purchase does not restore its used place. The amount, taxes and method are shown before confirmation. Existing orders keep their recorded price. There is no subscription or automatic renewal charge. The total, applicable taxes and payment method must be shown before confirmation. A purchase contract is formed on acceptance of the current terms and verified payment.

5. Delivery and accounts

Website access follows server verification of the payment; Telegram access follows successful_payment confirmation. A return URL or screenshot is not proof of payment. Website and Telegram accounts are separate and purchases are not automatically linked. The bot and Mini App share one Telegram record if you allow saving. If delivery is delayed, contact support rather than paying again.

6. Permitted use and ownership

You may play personally and save your own route. You may not resell access, republish the full scenario, claim the materials as your own or bypass purchase checks. You retain rights in your original answers. Writing a review or permitting publication is never a condition of receiving a purchased game.

7. Availability and liability

Internet and a modern JavaScript browser are required; the Mini App also requires a compatible Telegram client. The seller handles reported defects through the contacts below. If the service ends before the promised access period, remedies include restoration, an agreed equivalent or a refund as required by law. Nothing excludes mandatory liability or non-waivable consumer rights.

8. Changes and disputes

The accepted terms version is recorded with the order. Later changes do not retroactively reduce paid rights. You may contact the seller first without losing rights to courts, regulators or other available remedies. Russian law applies only to the extent it does not remove mandatory protection in your usual place of residence.

United States

Applicable federal and state consumer rules remain, including rules against misleading promises and fake reviews. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. The additional 14-day refund does not replace mandatory remedies.

State privacy rights

State rights, including CCPA/CPRA when applicable to the business, remain. The project does not represent that it sells or shares personal information for targeted advertising. Before sales, verify actual state-law coverage, taxes and the payment provider’s eligibility for the seller.
