Include your order number, date, purchase channel and the issue. Do not send full card details or passwords. For Telegram, use /paysupport; the seller’s email is listed in the details below.
Additional project policy
Once sales open, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment, including after starting the game. This additional policy does not limit stronger statutory rights. Stars purchases are refunded in Stars to the original payer using refundStarPayment; no fixed cash redemption rate is promised.
Defects and payment errors
Missing access, duplicate charges and misdescription are considered separately, including after 14 days where the law provides remedies. There is no blanket no-refunds rule or hidden penalty. Applicable statutory response and refund deadlines prevail; bank/platform processing time is separate.
After a refund
A full refund may revoke paid access while data-copy rights and mandatory remedies remain. Requesting a refund is not a reason to remove a negative review.
United States
Applicable federal and state consumer rules remain, including rules against misleading promises and fake reviews. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. The additional 14-day refund does not replace mandatory remedies.
State privacy rights
State rights, including CCPA/CPRA when applicable to the business, remain. The project does not represent that it sells or shares personal information for targeted advertising. Before sales, verify actual state-law coverage, taxes and the payment provider’s eligibility for the seller.
