Controller and data

The controller is the seller listed below. Email sign-in uses your email, chosen name and a protected password hash; plaintext passwords are not stored. Telegram sign-in uses a verified identifier and name; WhatsApp, when enabled, uses a phone number and a one-time code. ChatGPT sign-in supplies an identifier, name and email. Essential secure cookies keep a session for up to 30 days and a sign-in request for up to 5 minutes. Payment records include receipt email, amount, currency, order/payment identifiers, statuses and dates. Full bank-card details are not requested or stored by this website.

Purposes and grounds

Account and order data support contract delivery, payment verification, access protection and mandatory records. Saving personal answers on the server is a separate optional choice. Review publication requires separate permission. Buying or reviewing does not enrol you in advertising messages; there is no active automated promotional mailing.

Minimisation and answers

Do not enter diagnoses, health information, other people’s personal data, payment credentials or other sensitive details. Without server saving, web answers stay in your browser; clearing device data removes them. Bot messages also exist in Telegram and must be removed there separately.

Providers and locations

The website is hosted on a REG.RU server in Moscow and uses Node.js and SQLite. Data from the previous website version is transferred to this server. Previous ChatGPT accounts sign in through a protected one-time confirmation from the former Sites platform. Telegram is used for Telegram messages and sign-in. Payments are available only after the relevant service has been connected; see the current account status. Russian hosting alone does not establish compliance with all personal-data requirements; the operator must separately check notifications, retention, backups and applicable data-transfer procedures.

Retention and deletion

Use your account controls or /delete to remove active server answers; delete device copies and Telegram conversations separately. You can withdraw a public review from your account. Order and accounting records remain for applicable mandatory periods; deleting answers does not erase financial evidence. Exact log and backup periods must be specified before sales open.

Your rights

Where applicable, request information, correction, a copy, erasure, restriction and withdrawal of consent, and complain to the competent authority. Withdrawing answer-storage or review permission does not remove purchased access. Contacts are below, with deletion tools in the interface. Verification of a requester should be proportionate.

Support requests

The Ask a question form stores your reply email, optional name, question, language, reference, consent and submission time. Only the administrator can access requests to handle support; no marketing subscription is created. Do not submit game answers, passwords, card or health details. Access ends after 90 days; expired records are deleted in bounded batches when the form or inbox is used. An IP hash for spam limits is held for an hourly window, then cleared when the service is used. For earlier deletion, email ooo-sfera@mail.ru with the reference. Requests use this Site’s D1; general policy sections explain outstanding hosting and backup details. No automatic email or transmission to AI occurs.

Affiliate visits and applications

An /r/code visit stores a random secure __Host-svoy-ref cookie for up to 30 days to attribute a purchase. After sign-in the code is attached to the account for the remaining window. Visit identifier, partner code, dates, amounts and order statuses support commission accounting. Partners do not receive game answers, buyer emails or buyer names. Partner applications contain a name or nickname, contact and public channel URL. Payment records follow applicable retention requirements. On the main website you may separately allow step statistics. No such events are sent before permission; declining does not restrict the demo or purchased game. Recorded fields are a random tab identifier, an allowed source category, language, completed step numbers and events for demo start, example view, demo completion, checkout start, map creation and marking the first action done. Answer text, name, email, full page URL, IP, user-agent and screen recordings are not sent to or stored in this system. Verified rouble purchases are checked separately from order records; with permission a random session may be linked to an order, but the statistics dashboard shows aggregates only. Events, the technical order link and session identifier are retained up to 90 days; cleanup runs when the system is used. The tab identifier in sessionStorage is used up to 24 hours; localStorage remembers the permission choice up to 180 days. “Statistics settings” in the game footer lets you stop collection and delete the current session’s events without deleting answers. To prevent delayed requests from restoring events after withdrawal, a hash of the random identifier and withdrawal time remain up to 90 days. Check the setting separately on other tabs and devices. This is not an advertising subscription. No advertising pixels, answer tracking or sharing of these statistics with ad networks is used.

United States

Applicable federal and state consumer rules remain, including rules against misleading promises and fake reviews. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. The additional 14-day refund does not replace mandatory remedies.

State privacy rights

State rights, including CCPA/CPRA when applicable to the business, remain. The project does not represent that it sells or shares personal information for targeted advertising. Before sales, verify actual state-law coverage, taxes and the payment provider’s eligibility for the seller.
